MŪTUS
/Overview
“Step in, Breathe out,”
MŪTUS — from the Latin word for silence — is a personalized, immersive booth designed for hospitals, offering a calm space to pause, reset, and return. It invites users into a sensory experience where silence is not absence, but presence.
Designed for patients, staff, and visitors, MŪTUS provides a soundproof, fully customizable space using motion visuals, 3D sound, light, and scent. With simple gestures or quiet voice commands, users shape the mood and duration of their rest. MŪTUS reframes silence as a healing presence—supporting emotional recovery through personalized, sensory rest.

Concept
AUDITORY WORLD
A closed, personalized booth where the user steps into a world of comfort and refreshment. The user can select the sound, mood and time for their personal greenspace.
Target Audience
Hypothesis
Open for anyone who needs quick break to meditate, release stress, concentrate on themselves without any disturbance from the overwhelming outer world.
If we provide a physical space where the users can personalize what they want to feel, they can have quality time to focus on themselves without other factors.
